VcFlo – Multi-Stage Multi-Path Velocity Control Trim
The MASCOT VcFlo trim can be used in both gases and liquids and is effective in reducing noise and velocity in gases as well as effectively eliminates cavitation damage and reduces the hydrodynamic noise in liquids. The VcFlo trim is carefully designed by MASCOT engineering team for each application using their decades of experience in Severe Service control valve technologies. It uses a combination of technologies like sudden expansion and contraction, frictional loss caused by small passages, sudden directional changes, velocity reduction, staged pressure drop and frequency shifting.

The VcFlo trim is used where the process conditions demand more stages than what the MegaFlo or CavFlo trims offer.
