CavFlo – Cavitation Control trim
The MASCOT CavFlo trim effectively eliminates cavitation damage and reduces the hydrodynamic noise in control valves. The CavFlo trim reduces the cavitation damage by controlling the concentration and location of the cavitation bubble implosion away from the metal parts of the trim. The Multi-Stage CavFlo trim on the other hand eliminates cavitation damage by ensuring that the outlet/stage pressure stays above the vapor pressure.

The CavFlo trim can be applied with 1 to 6 stages effectively eliminating cavitation damage from the Control Valve.
