FlushFlo – Flush Bottom Valve

  • Non-Galling Design: MASCOT FlushFlo features two heavy-duty stem guides within the bonnet which are located outside the flow path hence keeping galling issues at bay.
  • Body MOC: Apart from metallic bodies the valve can be offered in Glass Lined bodies which is a widely used reactor lining material for highly corrosive applications.
  • Custom Engineered: The valve body, flange and seat can be custom engineered to meet the customer’s mounting flange so as to assure a cavity free installation.
  • Non-Contaminating Flow Path: The flow path is so designed that there is no possibility of fluid accumulation. Furthermore the valve can be equipped with a flushing port for Steam/Solvent cleaning between batches.
  • Deeper Packing Depth: The standard bonnet is suitable for up to 300°C (570F). The packing set includes a lower viper packing followed by a spacer and then the upper packing which keeps the upper packing area clean, and the added length allows for a higher temperature range for the packing.
  • Packing Options: Various packing options including vacuum packing, MASCOT fugitive emission live loaded AtmoSafe packing as well as an option for a tell-tale indicator or sensor between the primary and secondary packing are possible to detect packing deterioration to ensure safety of your plant operations.
  • Temperature Monitoring: The valve can be equipped with an RTD sensor on its plug for temperature monitoring.
