  • Heavy Duty Design: The QuickFlo ball valve is one of the most robust full bore ball valves in the industry. It features a heavy-duty packing flange, deeper packing area.
  • Design Variations: For smaller sizes the MASCOT QuickFlo features a 3-piece design and for 3” and higher sizes it features a 2-piece design. For smaller sizes the ball is floating design and at 6” and higher sizes the ball is trunnion mounted.
  • Firesafe Design: All soft seated valves are Fire-Safe design as a standard. MASCOT application engineers can select appropriate material of construction for Fire-Safe certified valves upon request.
  • Anti-Blowout & Anti-Static Shaft: The shaft is so designed that it is protected from blowout. The shaft also features an Anti-Static device.
  • Low Torque Design: Special seat design reduces contact between the ball and seat which result in low operating torques allowing for compact actuators, reducing space and cost.
  • Tight Shut-off: Bubble tight shutoff with bi-directional flow with soft seat provides flexibility.
  • Packing Options: Variety of packing options available including MASCOT fugitive emission live loaded AtmoSafe packing design.
